The Flora Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Mad Flora: Ophelia
  • 1 oz rice wine vinegar
  • .25 oz orgeat
  • .25 oz orange marmalade
  • Egg white
  • Lemon or fig for garnish

Steps:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add Mad Flora: Ophelia, rice wine vinegar, orgeat, orange marmalade, and egg white.  Shake vigorously without ice to structure the foam, then add in ice cubes and continue to shake.  
  2. Strain into a Delmonico glass and serve with either a fig or a lemon (or both!)
