Mad Flora is a non-alcoholic amaro inspired by wild women and wild flowers. She is designed to be perfect in a simple spritz with tonic, or in a more complex cocktail such as a sour. She's a little funky, but she'll leave you wanting more of her.

Ophelia is a little bitter from being scorned by her lover (who wouldn't be?), but she hasn't lost her sense of self. She's balanced, she's earthy, and she's ready to be socializing on your table.
THE BIRTH OF OPHELIA
Mad Flora started in the founder's kitchen, mimicking traditional extraction methods used to make alcoholic amaro. Here's a video from one of the first rounds in Lauren's kitchen in 2023.
