The simplest cocktail we could imagine, this cocktail is our flagship amaro Ophelia with tonic over ice.  Slap a less-than conventional garnish combination on your drink to make it seem like you worked harder than you did.

The Ophelia Spritz

Ingredients:

• 3.5 ounces Tonic Water
• 1-1.75 oz Mad Flora: Ophelia
• Garnish of choice (see below)

Procedure:

1. Fill a spritz glass with ice.  Add tonic water, then top with the amount of Ophelia that is your preference.  Garnish with one of the following from the list:

• • Olives
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Blood Oranges
  • Edible Flowers
  • Candied Ginger
  • Citrus Peel Twists
  • Cucumber
